Watson Xingyao is located in the Qiaokou District of Wuhan. The Qiaokou District is under the jurisdiction of Wuhan City, Hubei Province, and is also one of the seventh central urban areas of Wuhan City. It is also the core component of Hankou and belongs to the bustling living circle of Hankou.
The eleventh Five-Year Plan clearly proposes to accelerate the construction of Hanjiang Bay and ecological vitality new city. The old city is waiting to be developed, and the plan of renewing the city appearance is being steadily promoted. The project is in the development stage of the new wave of Qiaokou District.
If the project wants to stand out in the new wave, we think about what unique scene experience should we bring to the city residents?
From old space to new landmarks in the city
In the investigation of the project, we found that the environment in the 1-kilometer living circle is relatively old, the site is surrounded by dense industrial areas, old residential areas, built houses, lack of public activity space, similar urban architectural forms, and there are many external interference factors in the site.
We can not help but think about how the project can be self-sufficient, self-sufficient, how to effectively shield external interference at the same time, further activate the more "elegant" life of the future community, provide a quality model block site for the future area, and set up a new landmark of the city.

Combined with the artistic image logo of the project, a good and unified urban interface is formed. The designer creates a relaxed hotel courtyard entry space, reflecting the pursuit of life quality. He uses simple lines to set up the outdoor visitor communication space to divide the traffic space and stay space.
